AML913 Groundwater Three Level Instrument

One device can perform three functions at once, increasing work efficiency by three times

The AML913 underground water meter integrates three probes, namely the depth gauge, water level gauge, and pressure drop gauge, into one probe. Each device can be lowered into the well at once, and two fewer devices can be brought to the site, resulting in a work efficiency improvement of at least three times.

At present, the essential step in monitoring the degree of groundwater pollution, as well as groundwater resources, in the field of environmental protection, hydrology, and geology, is to take groundwater samples. In the process of collecting groundwater samples, the first thing to be clear is the water level and depth of the monitoring wells for the collected water samples.

When collecting groundwater, the national standard stipulates that the degree of water level drop during the collection of groundwater samples shall not exceed 10 centimeters. Therefore, the degree of water level drop must be measured repeatedly, and sampling can only continue when the water level is restored.

At present, most sampling personnel use three instruments: a depth gauge, a water level gauge, and a drawdown gauge to measure the water level and depth of the monitoring well three times, as well as the drawdown gauge to be used after starting sampling. In addition to the non portable one, multiple manual operations are required, which is time-consuming, labor-intensive, and inefficient.

The AML913 underground water level gauge integrates three probes, namely the depth gauge, water level gauge, and pressure drop gauge, into one probe. With just one device on site, each device can complete three tasks in one go, increasing work efficiency by at least three times.
